Towboat Stopped In River

Marian and I went to the Louisiana Overlook yesterday evening and as we turned in saw a towboat, Dennis C. Bottorff, Ingram Barge Co., not moving in the river.  It may have been ordering supplies from Ergon's Store to make a delivery after it passes under the MS River bridges.  You can check out my wife's blog site (Marian's Hunting Stories, etc., etc., etc.) and see more pictures of the towboat that finally made it way downriver.  Part of Diamond Jacks Casino in foreground.  Photo by Bob Phillips

I'm really enjoying my 'new found' hobby of painting - thanks to my daughter, Karen who is also an artist and son-in-law, Ron, in Santa Fe, NM.  Ron runs an art supply store in Santa Fe, NM, by the name of ARTISAN which IS the art supply store of the southwest!
